## What is Rastro?

Rastro is a commission tracking SaaS built specifically for pest control companies that use FieldRoutes and pay commissions to their sales teams — whether they sell door-to-door, inside, or both.

## The Problem

Pest control companies with commission-based sales teams cannot accurately track commissions using FieldRoutes' native reporting. Commission structures are complex:

- Each rep has a unique rate
- Managers receive override percentages that roll up from rep-level sales
- Backends are paid out over time and must be tracked against cancellations
- Accounts that cancel trigger clawbacks against the rep's earned commission
- Housing subsidies are tied to revenue thresholds that can be lost after cancellations

No one has a clean, real-time answer to "what do I owe my reps?" — until Rastro.


## Core Features (V1)

- **FR Sync** — Automatically pulls rep, customer, and transaction data from FieldRoutes via API. No CSV exports.
- **Per-Rep Commission Rates** — Configure a unique commission percentage for each rep. Changes apply retroactively or from a set date.
- **Cancellation Clawbacks** — When an account cancels, Rastro recalculates that rep's commission automatically.
- **Manager Overrides** — Set manager override percentages that roll up from rep-level sales. Multi-tier support included.
- **Backend Tracker** — Reps see their current, past, and projected backend payouts updated in real time.
- **Housing Goal Logic** — Handles the edge case where a rep earns housing but loses it after cancellations. Threshold tracking built in.

2. Configure commission structure: rep rates, manager overrides, backend rules, housing thresholds
3. Invite your reps — they get a mobile-friendly view of their own numbers
4. Reps, managers, and owners all have the data they need in real time
